I gave birth to my first baby at the age of 40 feeling prepared, empowered and able to advocate for myself and my baby. I put this positive experience down to the support of a brilliant hypnobirthing teacher Katrina, my engaged and informed partner, and the midwives who supported me. I feel fortunate I was able to make the choices that were right for me and inspired to help other soon-to-be parents do the same.
I am an experienced yoga teacher with a deep understanding of the mind body connection. I offer hatha yoga classes and hypnobirthing courses in and around Bury St. Edmunds and Stowmarket in Suffolk. I aim to provide a relaxed supportive course environment and set aside time for pregnant women to pause and soak up this special moment in their lives.
I received my KGHypnobirthing DipHB after training with Katherine Graves and Nancy Keen. Katherine developed the original UK Hypnobirthing programme, is a leading hypnobirthing teacher, respected in the UK midwifery community and a go-to expert within the media. Katherine is well known for guiding Ella Mills through her pregnancy.
